Tem um fórum de arquitetura e urbanismo, o SkyscraperCity, em que são postadas fotos de diversas cidades. O descobri há pouco tempo e já viajei pelo mundo todo em suas belas imagens. Na terça-feira, 6, fiquei eufórico ao perceber que tinham criado um tópico de fotos da nossa amada Feira de Santana. Só que meu sentimento de euforia foi logo dando lugar a outros sentimentos contrários ao primeiro, decepção, tristeza e principalmente vergonha, por saber que apesar de saber que a minha cidade ainda é uma princesa, com o passar dos anos e com a negligência dos atuais poderes públicos municipal, estadual e federal, estamos vendo uma degradação desenfreada da mesma. São ruas esburacadas, asfalto gasto, mato, terra e lixo orgânico pelas ruas, anel de contorno arcaico e tirando vidas frequentemente, prolongamentos de avenidas sem pavimentação, aeroporto desativado etc etc... Obs.: O pior é ver os comentários de pessoas de fora, elogiando a nossa pujança, porém criticando a situação de abandono em que se encontra a cidade!
